My Journey to Coaching
I began coaching as part of my teaching practice in 2015, and have been coaching ever since. I took my experience freelance in 2020 after 5 years of coaching growth in education. I am a fully trained Co-active coach with CTI, the Gold standard in ICF accredited coach training programmes. Building strong relationships to help people grow and improve their performance is my main motivation.
Coaching has the power to help people make powerful transformation and change in their lives. Through the relationships I build I am thrilled to help people in this way.
I attended the University of Cambridge where I gained a 2.1 degree in Theology and Religious studies. During my time there I was heavily involved in student drama. After university, I briefly worked as an actor before becoming a teacher of Philosophy and Religion at Wellington College. In my 5 years at Wellington, I completed my PGCE and NQT years gaining fully qualified teacher status. I coached Rugby, Football, & Cricket, ran the student film-making club WTV, and was an assistant housemaster. My coaching journey started with young people, and has spread from there.
